I've gone and bought myself a Line6 EX-1, wich is an improvement on my not-compatible roland EV-5, but now I've got another problem (not that big). I saw on the EV5 that there was white goo on it (lubricant right?), well, on the new Line6 one, there isn't any, and therefore, it cracks, squeeks, and isn't fluid at all. My question now is, could I just put any old lubricant on there, or does it have to be specific lube???
Thanks

You don't want a petroleum based lube used on plastic. I don't know if there is any plastic but if so then use a silicone based lube.
