Hi im now changing my strings. I had ernie ball heavy bottom slinky tops 10-52 now i got Dr tite-fit 11-50... will i need a neck adjustment. my guitar is hard tail.

Totally depends. To keep the relief exactly like it is now, probably, but you might not even notice. Measure your relief before you switch strings...fret the E string first fret and 17th fret, and measure the gap between the string and the 8th fret. If you change strings and that gap is changed, you need to tighten the truss rod a notch as needed if you want the same relief.
