D Major is: D E F# G# A B C#
So it's not that.

D Minor is: D E F G A Bb C
So it's not that either.

Not sure what it is though, it doesn't look or sound familiar.

D minor is D E F G A B C# D
and D augmented is D E F# G A# B C# D
D Diminished is D E F G Ab B C# D

so its a variation of one of these, definitely in D
you've probably mate it up so it wont have a actual name

D major, D E F# G A B C# D

D minor D E F G A Bb C D

D(root) E(major second) F(minor third) G#(sharp fourth) A#(sharp fifth) B(major sixth) C#(major seventh) D(root)

I've never encountered this scale as far as I know, and I have no idea what to name it.

Theory is descriptive, not prescriptive.

theory states 1+1=2 sometimes in music 1+1=3.
