Tough choice. But I'm gonna go with the scene in True Romance, where Dennis Hopper is explaining to the mob guy, (Christopher Walken), how Scicilian's are spawned by black people.
There's my way and the wrong way.

Scenes containing the following:

"I'll make this pencil disappear."
(The Dark Knight)

"I wave my private parts at your aunties!"
(Monty Python and the Holy Grail)

Any scene in Mr. Brooks where Earl and Marshall have a full conversation tended to be hilarious and brilliant.

School of Rock, when Jack Black writes a song on the spot out of lines the kids come up with. "I didn't get my allowance today, and now I'm really ticked owf!"

The climactic scene of Red Eye is amazing too.

The final scene in Michael Clayton (the conversation between Clooney and Swinton). Absolutely riveting. Michael Clayton was just one of those masterpieces in general. Everything about it was just mind blowing, IMO.

That may not be my #1 favorite ever, but it's certainly close. I literally stood up from my couch and started pacing around the room with excitement.

Probably my most favorite verbal bitch slap ever.

I'm a comedy guy, so either these scenes from Spaceballs
Radar
***holes

These scenes from Tommy Boy
Something Wrong With My Face?
And the scene where he gives the whole speech about "why put a guarantee on a box?"

And the fight from Happy Gilmore

There are so many more classic scenes, but I don't have the patience to look them all up

Man there's no way I could definitely choose one. A few possibilities:

The elevator scene in Vanilla Sky, where tech support is explaining everything. And I guess the roof scene as well.

The scene in The Village when William Hurt tells the other elders about sending Ivy to "the towns." Without a doubt the best dialogue in any movie.

A scene from Outlander. It's a new movie with James Caveizel (sp?) that is pretty much mediocre. A lot of unremarkable CGI, bad dialogue (save Caveizel), boring characters (save Caveizel), plenty of cliches. But the scene where he draws the giant sword and kills the monster is just amazing. A lot of cool things just culminate, like the soundtrack, Caveizel's believability, the cinematography, the way the blade shimmers when he draws it. It's just a great scene in the middle of a run of the mill movie.
We're only strays.

You, sir, have great taste in film.

And I was very happy to see Big Trouble in Little China and Oldboy scenes. Both are great flicks.
