Ok anyway, if you could have any mesa which would you pick? I'm reposting this so i could include the roadking. Please no bashing mesa although youd have to be pretty stupid to try, and no trying to convince anyone your P.O.S. peavey is better.

sorry for the inconvienince.

The most expensive one.

Then I'd trade it for an Orange Thunderverb or AD30
Pick flowers not fights.
Make love not war.
Drop acid not bombs.

I'm having some deja vu. Same answer as before... I'd want the one I already have - a Mesa Lonestar 212. For what I do, it's a great amp. Funny you should mention Peavey, because I also own a Peavey ValveKing 112. For what it cost me and what it does, it's a nice, small tube amp. I've got pics of both in my profile

Yet again, Mark I.

The Roadking amps are part of the Recto series so this was kind of unnecessary...

The Roadking is part of the Rectifier series. Fail there.
Mesa Lone Star.

Sure they are, but they're much more versatile than your average triple rec.

for a couple months in order to pimp my ride.

Don't judge me.

key word here: MUCH. And it has the same exceptional cleans and reverb as the Lone Stars.

Haha, yeah. There are a ****-ton of old mesas he could have included. The Electra-Dyne was in the other thread.

So why'd you buy a Mark III then?

I've owned an F-30, Mark IV and a Road King. The RK was by far the best sounding.

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me
