Yeah sunshine is basically just a walk down the blues scale.

EDIT: If you do play sunshine during the main riff don't move your hand to 8 at the end just play 13 on the E. I keep meaning to put that in tab but always forget so people have to deal with shifting back and forth when they could do 5 seconds of music theory and not have to move.

I don't like using that F note, doesn't sound 'right' to me. And in case apart from the intro I always use the 10th fret of the G string for that F note. (with a bit of vibrato) Which I think is how Eric does it too, at least it sounds that way
