what it is

i've recently i had to stop playing for 2 weeks due to some ****, my doctor called a Benine essential tremor, basically the way ive been sat playing has been nipping a nerve in my spinal chord and causing my hands to shake

well because of this 2 week break my downpicking has went to **** and i've heard a good way to increase wrist muscles is to use a "powerball" i was thinking about buying one

can anyone expand on if they're any good or not?

its a gyroscope essentially that spins at crazy speeds and you have to grip onto it to maintain a circular motion.
it increases your wrist strength a lot. its helped me so now i can play longer and faster

if you are new to it the first few goes might be a bit hard but after a while you'll get it' but word of warning you will have aching arms and blisters on your hands

so do you think it's worth a buy then?

it costs only 12.99 on play but i have been debating it for a while
