1. VK112
2. B-52 AT-112
3. Bugera 333 212

Which is the best for a crystal clean sound and a good smooth lead tone.

the bugera's the best sounding, but the most likely to break
the b-52's a close second in sound, but has a way better reliability record
The VK's a good all around amp, with good cleans, but the other 2 are better

I still stand by the mesas I listed, I had an F30 and while I didn't like it all around, it did do an amazing lead and had very nice cleans. You can easily find them within your budget.

If you can afford one you could get a carvin legacy,

I am actually thinking of getting a legacy some day if I start to play bar gigs or something.
I would get a Legacy Head with white covering and a matching white Avatar 2X12 cab. That would look sexy i bet
