I use a Floyd in standard tuning, the springs and screws at the back are as tight as they can be except the floyd is still not flush with the body, instead the strings are pulling too tight and the back is too high in the air. I use 10-52 strings. Do i need smaller (9-42s) or larger (11-52s)?

Though i have no experience with floyd roses i'd suggest tightening the screws with your strings loose/off.

you probably need new or more springs.
your floyd shouldn't have any problems with 0.010 gauge strings

No this is so completley wrong.

TS sounds to me like you need another spring. How many do you have currently?

EDIT: Also how do you have them set up that makes a difference too

Where do I go about getting another spring?

EDIT: Nevermind I found another one in my box of picks and various screws.

Try adding a 4th spring. Going to a lighter 10-46 should also help. THose 52's are offly fat, especially for standard tuning.
