and I need help with songs (and famous riffs) from the 60's to 2000's

they all have to be in the same tuning and have to be easy on bass (our bass player sucks)

so give me your ideas, so far we have:

Satisfaction, Twist And Shout, Smoke On The Water, Iron Man, Back In Black, The Trooper, La Grange, Beat It, Enter Sandman, Smells Like Teen Spirit

I second these two.

Also, I'd suggest some more modern stuff. Maybe some sort of Wolfmother, or The Raconteurs?

Exactly what I was thinking... Steve Harris isnt exactly easy for new people to learn... also just turn his amp down.... it will look like he is playing...

Beat It rocks more than you ever will.

Black Dog? Good luck getting that one tight though.
Check out my guitar quartet composition The Lone Wolf and you will be rewarded! With a live wolf!

Are you a PROG-HEAD? I am.

The best one i've seen is The Blackout's one. They did Back in Black, Sad But True and Killing in the Name strung together and it lasts about 4 minutes.

Though if i had to do one. Back In Black -> Master of Puppets -> Enter Sandman -> The Trooper -> Paranoid

yeah sure

TS you should do F*ck Like A Beast By WASP, that would probably get you in deep trouble but it would be epic.

EVH + Steve Lukather are epically talented guitar players. You are a twat on the internet.

we might kick the bass player out or just simplify all the songs for him

It's close enough - in 4/4, has a guitar solo, and the singer has been tried for alleged sexual offenses.
There's no way you can get any more rock.

... I hope you're kidding...

TS- Daytripper, Crossroads-Cream , Hey Jude (Guaranteed applause), Money- Pink Floyd
They credited us with the birth of that sort of heavy metal thing. Well, if that's the case, there should be an immediate abortion.
