Just wondering how you guys save settings on your individual pedals on a pedal board? Do you just put tape there or remember them, or is there a better way?
Thanks a lot.

unless you have a huge board, you should be able to remember. i have 5 pedals, and the amp, and i can remember where they all should be. and my memory sucks.

Theres a number of methods I have seen...

1)Tape them
2)Glue them
3)Remove the knobs once set
4)Solder the knob in place
5)Make note of settings in notebook
6)White tape with settings in sharpie on pedal or above pedal
7)Sharpie to pedal with settings
8)Pedals in rack versus pedal board
9)Plastic case built around settings
10)Metal bar over knobs

And the list goes on...

digitech hardwire pedals come with a plastic/rubber? thing that holds your settings in place on stage. look for something like that if you want to splurge a little and have it look nice and professional.

Find some little stick on dots in different colors. Put the dots where the pointers are. Red for this setting, blue for another etc.

I do this.. :]

Ohh and Farether... I love the song in your Sig..

Hero Of War - Rise Against.. nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom nom .. awesome song.

yeah don't do half the things the guy with the long list said to do... it's pointless really... What's the point in glueing your knobs in place... only to find you've changed your mind about the sound

I've seen people use different color sharpies (those silver ones work wonders on the dark pedals) and different color nail polish to mark settings right on the pedal.
