Hey all I'm looking for a new all-tube amp and I'm not really sure what to get. I currently have a Vox Valvetronix VT15 and need a little bit of an upgrade. Here are my requirements,

1. Must have a headohone jack (My brother can get mad at times)

2. Low- Med. Wattage for bedroom use and maybe with a drummer

3. Be good for classic rock, hard rock, maybe some metal, and have some cleans in it

4. Be around $700 or below

Thats's all any help appreciated

Vypyr is a good tube modeling amp if you don't want to spend a lot of money on pedals, but you're going to want to play them first cause like kranks you either love 'em or you hate 'em.
Off the top of my head, I can't think of a single tube amp with a headphones socket. I'm not overly experienced in that field, but I think it defeats the purpose of having a tube amp. A tube amp only sounds real when it's played at pushed volumes, through speakers that suit it's sound. Otherwise, you may as well get a Solid State amp.
HiWatt - they do fantastic solid state amps. Roland. Randall. All good quality gear.
Maybe get a Line 6 Pod + an Atomic amp?

Tubes + quiet
