well you know those vids when you see the camera looking down a guitars fretboard as the person is playing it? how do i do that? i mean its not like i get a cam corder and strap it onto the headstock =\

they usually have a guy with a steadicam that zooms in on it (live) or they have a camera set up at the right angle to do it (music videos, instructional videos etc.)

or yeah they can also strap a small cam to the headstock.

Most people get a small/lightweight webcam/camera and just tape it on. *shrug* I saw a guy who bolted it on once, but that's just silly.

Lmao I wondered the same thing not even a month ago....but its basically just that. I seriously took some rubber bands and strapped my webcam onto my headstock.
