Alright I heard the DeltaLab RD1 distortion and it was amazing, so i bought one. It came in today and i hooked it up all excited and i turned it on NOTHING. Im like wtf, and turned it off (true bypass) and the amp worked fine. So my thinkin is theres some sort of cold solder or something broke. should I just call up the place I bought it from or did I screw something up. (my amp is a fender blues jr.)

check if you are using the right AMP and INPUT sockets. that happened to me once.

Also, sounds stupid, but a friend called a local music store to ask for a change becaue his pedal wanst working. 10 minutes later, he called again saying that he had the volume on zero. check that too. And your gain.
