Today I traded my LTD EC100QM ('07 model) for an Epiphone Flying V ('05 model). Both guitars have Seymour Duncan pickups. LTD has the JB & Jazz combo and the Flying V has the JB & '59 combo. The LTD is a bolt on neck and the Flying V is a set neck. I didn't have a case for the LTD but one came with the Flying V. The guy gave me $50 in cash too. Below are some pics. Do you guys think I made a good trade?

Oh nice. I wish they still made painted Vs, or 60's style Vs. The natural yellowy Korina ones look kinda gross IMO. But nice trade.

Yes those came from ebay. They have been on there a year and still looked as good as the day I put them on. I have a different set on my Explorer. There are pics in my profile if you want to see them.

I'd take the ESP over it, but that's just my opinion.
Although, you got a case and 50 dollars, so good trade!

I've had three different sets and have had no problems at all with them. They look cool and I usually don't even feel them when I play. I think you'll like them.

dude, you traded with a dick. his guitar is worth more than yours, plus the case and the $50. You PWNT him. What was he thinking?

BTW, about the inlays, how do you put em? do you need glue or a router or a knife or they're just stickers?

I also have hairy butt cheeks, I once shaved a letter 'W' on each cheek, so that when I bent over it spelled WoW.

I took the pickguard off the V today and the neck pickup is not a Seymour Duncan. It doesn't even have a brand name on it at all. I think he knew it wasn't a SD but i still think I made a good trade. I might put the SD Jazz neck pickup I've got in my Frankenstrat right now in the V later on.
