Alright, I was watching a performance by the Derek Trucks Band last night, and it made me decide that I needed a guitar for G tuning and need to learn slide. Derek was using a Danelectro, which sounded pretty good, and as I can't afford an SG(his usual guitar), I've been looking into Danelectro. I would like some opinions of them though. You guys have any?

As usual, help is appreciated.

I had NO idea he used one.

but on a related note Danelectros are GREAT slide guitars, as Jimmy Page used one.

I have 2 Dano's. A 2007 Danopro Reissue and a early 90's Dano-blaster. Both great guitars. The reissues are a great guitar for a great price!

i have a DC12 (electric 12-string), it's a real good guitar - great sound, nice quality, can't fault it.
I like analogue Solid State amps that make no effort to be "tube-like", and I'm proud of it...

...A little too proud, to be honest.
