Hi folks. A couple of months a go i bought a Marshall Vintage Moderne stack and i just now realised that its to big. I bought it for 2871 US $ and i went back to the store and told them that it was to big and it was a stupid idea buying it. He understanded that and he said that ill give you 2950 US$ for the stack in trade price. I live in norway so the price of guitars and amps are waaaaay higher then in the us.

So i was looking around and i found 3 guitars i like.

1 Gibson Les Paul Standard Faded.
2 If i buy that one i still have the money to buy a Fender deluxe players strat.

3 But i can blow all my money on a Fender Vintage Hot Rod 57 Stratocaster.

What do you play? Do you use a lot of different tunings?

Get the Gibson and an Fender. the Gibson can do all those styles and the fender can do blues and country perfectly. You also have 2 guitars for 2 different tunings.
My Gear:
Epiphone Les Paul Standard
Peavey Vypyr 30
DW Collector's 3 pc drums
Mapex Black panther snare
Sabian AAX/Zildjian K cymbals.

I'd say just get a nice Gibson. You'll need the humbuckers. Though you might as well get that other Fender along with the Gibson.

Anyway, TS, is the strat HSS(humbucker in the bridge) or SSS(all singe-coils)?

EDIT: Nevermind, clicked the links and reread the first post. Go for the players strat and the Gibson. As much as I like the reissues, those two will serve better than that one.

Go with both Gibson and cheaper Fender. Those, combined with your JCM you have = an amazing setup. Thats a great "which to buy" situation to be in though. I wish I had options for guitars like that : )

Ooh, also glue the bodies together and make it so that you have a double neck.
For the lulz.

Buy $2,950 USD worth of Dunlop Tortex picks (the red ones). Trust me, you'll have more fun than you can handle!
