I opened up itunes tonight, and it was updating, what i thought was album artwork, and i canceled the update. When i got into my library, my previous 45GB library was reduced to a 3GB library please if you have any knowledge pass it along i live off of music

If you have all of the songs on an iPod, just copy it back in. I use CopyTrans. It works wonders.

You probably still have all your music in a folder somewhere in your computer.
You can probably just find it and drag it back into your iTunes.

Anyway, it is almost definitely in a folder on your hard drive. Look under My Music > iTunes.
