Don't bother with the 75s, they work with Marshalls because Marshall's tend to be pretty mid-heavy and they're kind of scooped. For an American voiced amp I would definitely go with V30s.

New question:

Should I trade my Marshall 1960A with 75's for a Mesa Rectifier 2x12????
I definetley dont need a 4x12, and its too big for my tastes.

right Metallica is a given. Personally I like to pretend the bus exploded and killed them all in '86.

Head and Cab for $130? You don't need a head and cabinet, you need a psychological examination.

Thanks
Yeah, I want a mix of these tones:

Lamb of God - The growl in the tone
Dream Theater - The smooth, liquidy, creamy lead tones, also great, but more powerful rhythms
Metallica (Justice, Master) - The power and tightness in this tone

Does the actual cab (not the speakers) make a difference????

its just wood but the back of the cab (closed back, open back) makes huge tone difference....
and look for its durability and build....

Mesa,Marshall and avatar makes durable cabs

The cab itself makes a huge difference on the sound.

Dimensions will determine the tightness of the cab and bass response, as well as add/cut mids and treble.

The wood it's made out of does matter. Something made out of particle board isn't going to sound as good as the same cab made out of birch or poplar, though Basson cabs still sound pretty sweet.

What speakers do Vader 2x12's have???? Are they better than Mesa Rectifier cabs????

Vaders have Eminence V12 Legends in them. It's just a matter of choice, a lot of people swear by Vaders, but personally I'd rather have the Mesa.

Technically, as I said before, your cab is worth more. However, the time it takes to sell your cab for a decent price may not be worth it to you over the quick trade, plus it also depends on the used market where you're at and if Marshalls sell on the high-end of the scale there, or the low-end.

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me

maybe you're not saying the right things? an amp likes to know you care.
