I'm using my computer to record some music, its pretty good quality recording to start with, except it assumes the guitar is background noise or something after its been playing for a while, which kind of makes it seem all whooshy and toilet noisy and stuff. Ive found out the reason for this is the noise suppression thing on the microphone, but if I turn that off you cant hear the guitar over all the static. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem and came to a good compromise? help please!
