Hello all. I want to record a video to kind of dedicate this song to someone. I never really cared about amp settings too much when I'm just fooling around, but now I want it to sound the best I can.

I found a few amp settings in the sticky but I dont know which one applies the best to this song so I need a hand with that. If you know the specific setting and can tell me I'd appreaciate it, if not you might want to help me choose which one of the followings I should use.

Kirk Hammet of Metallica
Gain - 7
Treble - 7
Mid - 2
Bass - 7
Reverb - 2

Metallica
Drive: 7
Treble: 8
Middle: 3
Bass: 3
Reverb: 2 (Clean)

Kirk Hammett of Metallica
Gain - 9
Bass - 7
Mids - 2
Treble - 10
Reverb - 3
Channel - Distortion

Kirk Hammett 2 of Metallica
Gain - 7
Treble - 7
Mid - 2
Bass - 7
Reverb - 2
Channel - Distortion

And by the way, I have a small Marshall (15'). Thanks a lot.

You're not going to get anywhere near close to the tone that they have with that amp.

For the cleans, try upping the bass, use the neck pickup, and scoop the mids a little bit. For the distorted part, scoop the mids again, keep the drive up a lot.
