The Black Dahlia Murder! You've never gave them a listen?

Seriously, listen to them.

Oh I'm not going to touch that with a fifty foot pole...

And they're ALWAYS in Minnesota, you go to any metal/metalcore gig and I swear they are ALWAYS opening for whoever is headlining... It drives me nuts because I can't stand them and if I want to go to a gig I can't because I can't stand them or their fans.

They're Death Metal.

Not all that heavy, but they've got a sick drummer, and the vocalist is really good. They just got Arsis's ex-guitarist for their new guitarist.

Care to explain how they're "Metalcore"?

They sound nothing like BFMV
or God awful Killswitch Engage.

They are actually Melo Death/Deathcore
We ain't pushing the boundaries, we're blowing them up.
We ain't trying to expand the scene, we want the scene to erupt.

Sorry, wrong there.

And since when did BFMV become "Metalcore"?
I've always just thought of them being a mainstream metal band, not really belonging to any specific genre.

No, overweight B-ball players have the common courtesy to wear t-shirts.

And not the kind with overweight men playing basketball.

Killswitch isn't that bad but
they're Deathcore which is still pretty horrible

They are not Melo-Death. Melo-Death is older In Flames, Kalmah, At The Gates, Dark Tranquility, etc. They're more Metal-core, but the newest wave of it, Melodic Metal-core. Either way, they aren't worth a damn.
