Hey. This may be a really stupid question mut I got a set for noiseless single coils for a strat lying around and was wondering if I could get a tele pickguard that would hold these pickups?

Not without some modification

Assuming it's a standard tele, then the lipstick pickup in the neck is a smaller than a standard pickup, and the bridge has no mounting holes for a standard pickup - it can all be done, but you will need to modify things, and route some wood for the neck.

you also have to route wood under the bridge, tele pickups have the screw holes in front of and in back of the pickup, where as a strat has "ears." The ears make it just a touch too wide to fit in a tele hole.
