when i play my rotovibe sometimes randomly i will get a thumping pulse sound when im using i,t or even worse when its in bypass mode. I know no one really knows **** about rotovibes but is there anyway to fix it? or maybe some way to put a switch on the pedal that turns it completely off?

are you sure it's from the rotovibe? have you tried running your signal path without it in there? what other pedals are you using? amp? guitar? pickups?

in summary: NEED MO' INFO!

This seems to be a pretty common problem with them. People here are always talking about it..
Or does it just seem like that?

Yeah, they don't arrest/ticket hobos because they can't pay the fines. Then they hang out in the jail all day eating free food. There's no point.
