Soak it in rice. Seriously. Take the battery out and put it in a tupperware container full of rice. The rice soaks up all the water.
Is this what you want?

Take the battery out, let it dry completely, and for gods sake quit trying to turn it on. As long as there's no power the circuit boards won't short and there's a good chance it'll work like normal.

Yea, Sublime is a great band. You have an Underoath icon, so I think your opinion doesn't matter.

LOL

on a more serious tone, no; you cant, I was sick on my phone (whilst drunk), and decided to wash it (also whilst drunk). it hasnt worked since...

One time I jumped in a pool with my phone and I got a new battery and it works.

If by "clean" you mean "get a finger right up in there and do a good bit of spelunking" then i guess "at any given opportunity" is my answer.

If you do this immediately, and use a hair dryer to dry out the part where the battery goes in, you have a slim chance of rescuing your phone.

Dude, did you read my other post? If you try to turn it on while it's wet, you'll short the circuit boards and fry it for sure. QUIT TRYING TO TURN IT ON DUMMY!

yea the worst thing to do is trying to turn it on..

it might've worked if you just let it dry out before u tried...

it's probably too late now :/
