I'm a beginner at guitar.

Wondering what the pit thinks is a good song to learn that is not TOO easy but not hard.

Help!

What kind of music did you want to get into? Jack Johnson would give you good chord practice. blink 182 would give you good power chord practice. dragon force is good for shredding practice, haha.

If you like to sing, try some Dylan although I find some of his songs hard to sing. Especially the ones are with open chords.
sometimes I see us in a cymbal splash or in the sound of a car crash

This. Or Nirvana.

Release the wave,
Let it wash over me
To face the fears, I once believed

Redemption Song is probably a good one. Its so easy that even I can play it, and I'm pretty **** at guitar.

Streets by Avenged Sevenfold is easy. Also lDread has it right with Bob Marley. He's got some great stuff to start guitar with. Don't make the same mistake as I did and start out with just power chord stuff like Green Day. As fun as it is to play it hurts you when you want to learn solo's.

Yeah, that and maybe some AC/DC.
