What's wrong with the JSKV you've found there? It's one of the best Vs you're going to get in that price range, tbh, BUT if i were you, I'd try ebaying for an RR3 (Rhoads style V). Second hand, you might grab one around 200, or less.

JS30 Series with poop pickups
They have a muddiness\twangy sound to them.

like the other guy said Ebay an RR3, The SD's in it are great + FR = fun. Just a pain in the ass to tune if you get one with a locking nut...

The amp is easy, I'd get a Peavey Vypyr 75w and that will give you change from your £300 budget.

The guitar is a bit more difficult as I'm not sure there is a really good option for under your £200 budget. Obviously the guitar you mentioned is possible or you could look into a Kramer

or maybe a Vintage guitar as they do some decent cheap gear

As I said, I would look at other options instead. For under £200 the best option is to look at a Yamaha Pacifica which is a fantastic guitar for the money and certainly better than anything mentioned so far

If you really feel you need an odd shaped guitar with a Floyd Rose, take a look at the Peavey Rotor which is excellent value
