GC doesnt carry Blackhearts at my local GC, but this other place does.

GC carries the guitar that I will be buying soon, but the other place doesnt.

In other words:

GC has guitar.
Other place has amp.

How to try guitar through amp? (other than waiting until I have guitar)

I want to try a Jaguar HH through a Blackheart.

The place that has the Blackheart, only has Jags in SS version.

I've tried the SS Jag through Blackheart alot and like it except with Blackheart it sounds too trebley unless use the neck pu ONLY, then it sounds awesome.

But the HH would sound pretty close, but maybe a bit darker, no?
But not TOO bassy, right? <- thats what I'm afraid of.

i have a time machine. just give me paypal info, and ill hook you up.

Just get something with Buckers and plug it in. It wont be a huge difference.

^correct, Humbucker pups will fatten the tone and make it less 'twangy' and trebley. ALSO, note there IS a reason you have a tone knob...that'll reduce the treble from the pup as well. so before you decide that a guitar has too much bite and high end, make sure you mess with the knobs. and the LG has a good of bite in it already, so full mids and half or less treble doesn't sound bad on it, but it depends on your guitar too.

btw....if you want a Blackheart little giant why don't you just buy mine? i'll sell it to you for cheaper than what it costs new, ship it to you, and it'll already have upgraded tubes...seriously, just trying to help you out. if you're worried bout being scammed, i'm sure this section of the forums will no doubtedly vouch for me.

hey man fair enough, fair enough, but watch your words: wattage doesn't have a ****ING thing to do with it being 'crappy' or not. that was an ignorant statement.

tell ya what, play the HALF WATT, that's right, HALF A FLIPPIN' WATT, Zvex Nano tube amp head and then compare it to a 50 watt Crate V55, and tell me wattage has ANYTHING to do with quality of sound.

just trying to help you out man, don't freak out on me like that again.
