yeah if you knew electronics and had the means to mod it and all that stuff..and you would need a cabinet that would have to be compatible with it.

but what do you need a 300 watt head for .

Assuming you aren't talking bass guitar amps here, why on Earth would you need to increase the wattage so significantly, even on a solid-state amp? Have you never heard of micing up an amp?

Anyway, it is not safely possible for anyone but a qualified engineer, and I would strongly advise you not to do it in case you a) managed to electrocute yourself and/or b) irreversibly damaged your amp. It would involved changing the circuitry, the transistors/valves and probably a large amount of other parts.
Hey, look. Sigs are back.

You don't need 300 watts.
If you're on tour, you'll have a PA.
I had it on my first gig (250-300 people).

A 300 watt MG?? *puts gun to head, castrates oneself and shoots*

Sorry. I couldn't help myself.

300 watts is... ridiculous. No need! Don't worry about it!

After hearing you have a Marshall MG, perhaps you should go out and buy a new head on second thoughts
