Just because there are bird inlays doesn't mean PRS built it. The cutaway shape is wrong as is the bridge. Whatever it is, I'm pretty sure it's not a PRS. It may be a custom guitar built by a small-name luthier.

Any info on the guy who is playing said mystery guitar? Might help.

Interesting bridge, I must say.

Personally I love that guitar.
The fashion of the clothes makes me think France, and France makes me think Vigier. Could be a custom Vigier (Do they do those?)

It's not a Vigier, although they have released a single cut this year.
You've read it, you can't un-read it!

EVH used to wear bowling shoes IIRC... Worked for him.

I'd say hand built for sure! For one the body finish is too crude for any factory job (although it may have been refinished later), the neck inlays are reminicsent of PRS they aren't exact, The bridge set up is definitely non-standard! I don't think I've seen someone using a Strat style bridge for the inital string height and intonation and the stop tailpice being added afterwards to terminate the strings and be able to fine tune.
Note also the lack on any logo on the headstock which is Gibson styled.
The body reminds me of the old Ibanez Performer series from the 70's too.
Moving on.....

As far as I can tell, it's a custom made guitar. My first guess was PRS, but they don't make a guitar with that bridge and ther inlays a little different. The headstock looks similar to the Ibanez performers.
my MG15DFX has a button that simulates the sound of one of the expensive tube marshall amps
