Strapping Young Lad broke up? You got to be joking. I saw those guys in concert and met them in person and got their autograph and everything. Is this serious? If so I'm sure they'll get back together at some point. Well I hope.

Devin Townsend has taken a break from making, producing and recording music, heavy music in particular. Nobody knows how long it will last. He said he's definitely done SYL though. We can only pray that its not for good.

I would commit genocide to see Judge live in the 80's. The same goes for Gorilla Biscuits and Cro-Mags. I'd love to see Slapshot too actually.

I don't really know much about the Cro-Mags, just saw their name pop up on the lineup.

and yeah bangarang is definitely up there for me too

im really tight with most of the members of bangarang, theyv been talking about a reunion show for like forever, but i know for a fact that andrew, taylor and justin would neve rplay it, tony(singer) really wants one.
all of them have now gone on to new projects though
Justin is druming for Man Overboard now
Taylor has a new band called Daylight, which is pretty awesome and has a free dl of their ep on their myspace, it kind of sounds like polar bear club meets boys night out
Andrew has been working on a lot of small stuff. We actually put a few songs together but nothing really happened with it yet.
Tony has already been in and out like 3 or 4 other bands in the last year, he is currently working on a new project called American Authors, havn't heard any of it yet though

Yes, I absolutely love To You the First Star, and the band *shels has their guitarists or something.

Oh jeez.

How could I forget Ambitions?

I'll really miss going up to CT all the time to see them in the tiny American Legion in Wallyford.

Sailboats is incredible.

If they made an album where all the songs were of the same quality as "Behind Trees", it would be the best album ever.

Yes they are, and i'm going

nope, it's half of the original line-up. I saw them earlier this year. JJ on vocals and mackie on drums. Still ****ing ruled.

As for a list, something like:

Black Flag
American Nightmare
Bones Brigade
Mental
Minor Threat
Harder the Fight
Kid Dynamite
The Suicide File
Unbroken
Modern Life is War
xFilesx

I could have an equally long list for pop punk. Most importantly The Get Up Kids, The Movielife, Blink 182 (well, not for long), Piebald, Fairweather, and The Ergs.

Get up Kids are touring this summer with Saves the Day and Blink's touring with Green Day (according to rumors).

Oh, and Latterman. Add them to my list.
