So, I want to try out some Ernie Ball Skinny Top Heavy Bottoms.

I mess around alot in Drop D, Drop D 1/2 step, and Drop C. What I'm wondering however, is if I can go back up to E standard for a while, w/ these strings, without wreaking havoc on the neck.

Anyone have any experience with this by chance? Thanks!

I've used them in standard, they're fine.

I used .12s in standard for a while, a bitch to play, but they didnt do any damage.
