Okay before we start. I have been scouring google for about an hour now with help with friends. So coming to the Pit is a last resort.

I am trying to find a UK dealer for a .308 bullet belt. Or atleast one that can/will ship to the UK. Since they are ACTUAL shells that are used, you can't ship them without someone going "...Wait what?".

So I ask of you, please help me find a place where I can buy one of these belts:

Dude, Ebay.
And for the record, they're not actual rounds, they're shells.
Do you know how heavy a belt made of actual rounds would be?

I said shells that were used And I have worn a bandolier with live rounds in it. That's a day my back hasn't forgot!

Also I forgot to mention I tried eBay and they're all bandoliers.

I looked aswell, all in the US.

There must be some place I haven't seen. =/

Try a place called surplus and outdoors, they may not have the same rounds you're looking for but I think I remember them having something there, and they're in the UK

Go to topman/burton and buy a regular belt, and not look like a terrorist.

Wouldn't that make your pants drop?

The whole concept is a mindfuck.

You wear it, it pulls your jeans down, but it's a belt, so it keeps them up

actually they are demilled rounds, as they still have the bullets in them, they aren't really that much lighter than live rounds.

to the TS: unless you only plan on wearing this for photoshoots or something. I have a .223 bullet belt and it's still weighs about 7 pounds.

Usually with a bullet belt you wear a regular belt as well to keep you pants up.

I feel all warm and fuzzy now knowing that I can buy .308 (M60 ramboish) belts of fake ammo here in the U.S. and you can't. Why on earth would you want to?

I have some .22 belt shells that I picked up when I used to live near Army ranges. Actually I traded some shotgun shells for them, but I'm fairly sure they were picked up where I got my regular .22 rifle shells. Have a look see if you can find any, they won't have the round in them as they will have been fired, but you can always just glue some in.

you do realize of course that bullet belts are pretty much uselss for holding your pants up right? for one you're typically supposed to wear them loosely around your hips and second you couldn't even thread them through your pants belt loops if you wanted to.

Yeah. My trousers nearly all fit me so I only ever wear a belt as an accessory.

Aye I'd most likely be using a canvas one behind it to keep them up.

If I don't get the belt, I'm definately getting one of those guitar straps...

Hah... that's a "belt" in the other sense of the word: that's exactly what you'd feed into an automatic rifle. Go buy a box of .308/7.62 linked rounds and that's exactly what you'll get... just relink it to make it fit.

EDIT: It'd be cooler if you had live rounds anyways
My God, it's full of stars!

Here in Edinburgh Leith Army Stores sells them for £20. My friend and I went in, had a look at them, found them a hassle to put on and said '**** that' and left.

what an awesome way to accidentally blow your balls off. Also I'm pretty sure that in the UK you can't just go into a store and buy live ammo.

Go to France, buy it there, then get it shipped to England. It's legal.
There's a special sex move I do called the Charizard.
It's where you light the girls pubes, then put it out with your cum and run around the room flapping your arms screaming, "You don't have enough badges to train me!"

You can't? Well I don't know the rules in the UK.

It's not really that easy to set a round off...

The UK has very strict gun control, which I imagine would carry over to munitions as well. Also walking around in public with live ammo is illegal in quite a few places (even in the US)

and yeah I know, but it still seems like a really stupid risk to take, especially since there are alternatives.

Sorry for rezzing.

I've got a bullet belt from here. They're so hard to un-fasten and fasten back up.

This site is English, and this is a genuine bullet belt. Ships in about a week, only English site I could find that does genuine ones.
