Hi i am looking to get a new amp

i want to spend around 300 pounds so about $450 dollars

i play a lot of heavy metal like metallica, architects, lamb of god and so i need a really nice amp with good distortion.

any suggestions you could make would help a lot

Blackstar HT-5 if you can get it over there...not sure if you can.

no....if you're playing metal and you want tubes.


But if you don't care for tubes, then you can get a Roland Cube 60 or Peavey Bandit.

The RG-50TC is £489, and, according to my calculations 489 =/= 300.

TS, at 300 you're in Flextone/ 75W Vypyr territory.
