I own a ESP LTD FM 1000 i think this guitar holds up pretty well floyd rose, im prolly gonna do a PUP swap after a i get this new guitar. My rhythm skills are fairly good with this guitar i struggle alot playing leads with it and getting a good lead sound out of it. My BDAY is coming up and im looking for another axe. I like to play mostly death and thrash metal but as my skills get better and increase im gonna wanna shred alot, can anyone suggest a guitar that can hold down a very crunchy rhythm and at the same time play a smooth and colorful lead. Thanks
