Hi guys,

6 months ago, i got a second hand Peavey classic 30, but it didnt have a footswitch with it and i wasnt fussed, but now i think i need one. The footswitch designed for the classic 30's and other peavey amp was able to switch between the clean channel and the dirty channel as well as turn the reverb on and off. Im not too fussed about the reverb, but i would like a channel switcher function. Im in Australia btw, so could someone recommend me a pedal/footswitch that could do this???

Thanks in advance

This is exactly what you need. I have the same thing as well. Runs on a 9V battery, nice blue light to indicate if its on or not (unlike the standard peavey switch that has no LED) and you will need a stereo cable.

i use one like this http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Marshall-P802-Dual-Footswitch?sku=482942
with my amp. the reverb and channel switches were backwards so i took the back off it and swapped em to their opposite holes. then put black tape over where it says marshall (the footswitch was given to me by the way)
For all intents and purposes, this: http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Cliff-FCR6919P-Dual-Button-Amp-Footswitch?sku=158006
is the same thing minus the labels
