I have a Vox AC15 CC1x and I cranked it the other day and the leas tone sounds quite trebley and somewhat thin. What can I do to improve my lead tone.

Cheers

try taking the treble off a bit, increase the bass

what gauge strings do you use? if they're below 10s, try a heavier set of strings. also, play around with your tone pot and pickup switch.

What amp do you have. Chances are if its a low wattage practice amp and small speaker, you wont get the tone you're after out of it.
For those who care.
