Hi,

I'm interested in the Hagstrom Super Swede but cannot make a big difference between these two. Select has no pickguard, but it has different inlays and also better wood (mahagony body and maple top). Is it all worth paying extra 130 euros?
Both have coil split, 2x volume, 2x tone, the same humbuckers. I got the information from www.hagstromguitars.com , which is the official homepage.

It is probably not worth it. At least I wouldn't say that. But remember, everything is worth what the purchaser is willing to pay for it.

Better wood = better tone = worth more money.

they don't have the same pickups, he meant the selects have seymour duncan pickups, he was referring to the Duncan Custom pickup in it.
