How do you physically download an album? Like run your computer off a dynamo on an exercise bike?

The Micro POG is an octave generator, not a harmonizer.

Digitech Whammy is a pitch shifter AND harmonizer

Not a very good harmonizer then. It only harmonizes one interval, where as the Boss one I suggested actually harmonizes what you're playing automatically based on the key you're playing in.

The Whammy will get the job done, but it's not a "smart" harmonizer. All the intervals are perfect meaning that they will stay the same no matter what key you're in. The Boss Harmonizer is a smart harmonizer.

Incidentally, what song is the guy playing at about 1:15 in the Boss HR2 video?

You should probably mug John Frusciante or Ritchie Blackmore. They're small guys, we could take 'em.

Just look out for that other guy in the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Will Farrel. He's a tall mofo, got a long reach.

The whammy has more than that. It has harmonies down an; Octave, 3rd, 4th, 5th. And up an; Octave, 2nd, 3rd, b3rd (supposed to be a flat symbol), 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th.

A bit more than 1 interval.

EDIT; Just realised what you ment with 'one interval'. Excuse this post.
"if i were you I wouldn't fiddle with the feet etc. as that nullifies warranty but yeh, just get up in digitech's grill and demand they make you a custom whammy that is purple and gold and fires rockets when you bend +2 octaves"

I'd check out the Eventide Pitchfactor. It looks like it is going to be awesome!

I own a Boss HR2 Harmonist and I hate it. Doesn't track well at all and sounds too digital.
