Looking on this site i think this question will probably upset a few people ... for some reason .. maybe being it gets asked a lot..??

I have £100 to spend on a practice amp. I have a Yamaha RGX A2 and no amp. Pure electric virgin. The difference of £20 between the two is no problem but in stores the MG is recommended every time over the line 6 however on this site most people prefere the line 6??? Am i right?

Anyway help me please and tell me what i should get. Or even recommend any others for this price range. Cheers.

(prepares flame shield)I love my MG50DFX. I know that new they are really overpriced but thats why i got mine used. I'll admit that the overdrive channel is shi.t but thats why i got a distortion pedal. duh!

I think you should get the Marshall. Anything with the name Marshall on it is obviously good.
It has the most crushing overdrive ever. Zakk Wylde and Kerry King use them too.

Yeah, once you cross a certain line of horrible tone, everything sounds the same
