Sorry for the thread raping, but I'm really trying to build a good pedal board.

So, is the EHX Little Big Muff as good as/better than the normal Big Muff?

I play lots of metal, neo-classical and a little jazz/blues

I used a big muff PI for a while, black with yellow writing and it was an awesome pedal! I absolutely loved that thing. I think it would give a you a cool Neo-Classical tone with that really fat sustain filled sound it gives.

Go as a tampon
White shirt, white hat, white trousers (cheap ones) and cover the bottom half in fake blood, also have to write 'Tampax' on the shirt, so people know what you are and can then be disgusted.

I dunno, I don't think the Big Muff would be the best pedal to play Metal. I'd recommend the Metal Muff instead!
WHY IS EVERYONE IN THE PIT A FUCKING METALCORE KID

they are both pretty nice pedals, but they sound different, you need to try them both.

the Little Big Muff and the Big Muff are the exact same pedal in a different housing. The components are exactly the same and the pedals sound the same. That being said, it is not really a pedal that is focused towards metal. It is more of a rock/grunge kind of pedal.

The big muff will not be very good for most standard metal. It would be great for doom, sludge or stoner metal however.

Looking at you favorite bands list, I can say that the metal muff will be more up your alley.

That would be a Sovtek Big Muff. I prefer them over the USA model.

metal muff is for metal. big muff is for acid/progressive/stoner/hendrix rock.
little big muff and big muff = exactly the same pedal. they just put the wiring in a smaller box to create the little big muff
