Take 2 after my previous thread was closed.

Right, I was kinda tired and not all there when i got the idea for this, but it seemed like a good one so it was a case of "to hell with it" and this is the outcome. I got the idea from watching a film called "Goodbye, Lenin!". I know it sounds really crappy but just roll with me for a moment.
It's not finished by a long way... It's just a rough outline of it but criticisms and suggestions are welcome.

It's about war in Eastern Europe and Russia and the communist governments that took over in places like Romania, East Germany, Poland and basically how people got fecked over by the government of their home countries etc and about how the war has destroyed their lives etc, and it uses the suicide of Adolph Hitler/the end of World War 2 in Europe as a starting point. The lyrics probably speak better than me talking crap so...

The Iron Curtain
-intro-

-verse-
He's a victim of a vain suicide
Blew his brains out in shoes, shirt and a tie
It's just a part of the latest genocide
From the hills to the streets
With the marches and wars
So bolt all your doors
Gagged and bounded by the mass paranoia
Feed the rich and murder the poor
What's in it for you?

-chorus-
Bite down on the cyanide
So the towns and cities weep and cheer
What's the point being enveloped in that fear?
Tomorrow's just another day
With the past and the present
Lives are replaced
And nothing goes to waste
March through the Iron Wall
Pledge allegiance to the cause
Do it once, do it again
Now they're all dead and gone!

-post chorus thingy-
Everyone's been dead a while
They paid with their most expensive prize
He's done it once, he'll do it again
They're all dead and gone!

-verse-
He's a victim of a vain suicide
Blew his brains out in shoes, shirt and a tie
It's just a part of the latest genocide
From the hills to the streets
With the marches and wars
So bolt all your doors
Gagged and bounded by the mass paranoia
Feed the rich and murder the poor
What's in it for you?

-interlude-
Tomorrow's just another day
Today's gone, allegiance pledged and guns to the head
They're pumped full of lead
They did it once, they'll do it again
They're all dead and gone!

-chorus-
Bite down on the cyanide
So the towns and cities weep and cheer
What's the point being enveloped in that fear?
Tomorrow's just another day
With the past and the present
Lives are replaced
And nothing goes to waste
March through the Iron Wall
Pledge allegiance to the cause
Do it once, do it again
Now they're all dead and gone!

Yeah... that's what I got so far. Like I said, I'm a drummer so music isn't my forte
