Ok,yesterday a asked a question about pots and that was answered but now I need to know if the pot that I would use for the volume is the same as the tone pots.It might sound stupid but I just don't want to buy three pots and then find out that I got something wrong.

yes, you could use same resistance value for the tone and volume pots. the value of these is mostly 250k to 1megohm. AFAIK Fender, generally uses 250k and Gibson uses 500k.
it's so nice to be happy!

^Yup. If you have single coils go with 250K (I use 500k, but most find that too bright) if you're using buckers go with 500k. If you have something extremely overwound you might want 1megaohm.
I don't give a shit if you listen to me or not
