Choosing Death and Swedish Death Metal. If you're into Priest there's some guy who's written like 5 books on them. Only name I can remember is Painkiller (I think).

In the middle of reading Natalie Purcells' Death Metal Music. I can't say I recommend it, unfortunately. My school's library just happened to have a copy, so I thought I'd give it a look.
