Did I just come across an amazing deal here?

It's kinda hard to tell from the picture if it has the Fender logo or Squier...

If I go check it out, is there anything I should be looking for?

I emailed him asking him if he knew the exact year it was made and the serial number.

Looks like a Squier Bullet to me. Just cross out Squier on the headstock and write Fender.
No one will notice the difference.
