Currently i have my guitar tuned D G C F A D, would i just tune it down a half step now to get it down to D# G# C# F# A# D#, if not would do i do to get to that tuning

because D# is one pitch below E and Eb is also one pitch below E

If you're looking for Db, thats not D# G# C# F# A# D#, thats D# (Sharp)
Db is flatenning everything from standard D. so in other words, its either;
C# F# B E# G# C#
or
Db Gb B Fb Ab Db
They are both the same notes, just named differently.

At least i think. i know what i meant, but if i didnt translate it so that it makes sense to you, let me know, and ill try again.

D Standard is what you have now a half step up would be Eb, I know I used to use both so I know how to tune to either one
