So, this is for everyone to see what the level of progression it is for others and just to see and compare. Keep it as real as possible and no flaming

Difficulty =/= applicable to music. I can play all sorts of classics easily my friends fumble over, while I have trouble playing 90% of Pink Floyd but know two guys in PF tribute bands. It's all the player, difficulty is as subjective as fun, tone and feel.

Year one:
-self taught
-horrible
-would play once every 2 or 3 months
-Smoke on the water intro

Year six:
-Still self taught
-Gigging and being paid to play
-2-4 hours of practice a day
-Sweeping,arpeggios,complex progressions,and fast alternate runs

Looking back,I'm actually surprised that I've managed to get to this point, especially being completely self taught with a horrible attitude for my first couple of years.
