Well, im pretty sure i have blown the top left V30 in my 1960 AV.
I am planning on keeping 2 of the V30's in the cab, and replacing 2.
I use ALOT of bass, and use drop tunings as well.
Very high gain, with very little mids at all. (i do turn up the mids when in band situation)

Do you have any suggestions on 2 replacement speakers with huge, tight bottom end (but not flabby or loose) that would mix well with 2 V30's?

Also, should i put the speakers in an X formation, or have the 2 30's on top and the 2 new speakers on bottom?

Edit: I can run at 4, 8, or 16 OHMS, but like running it at 16.

Eminence Governer or the Legend GB128
Then there's this band called Slice The Cake...

Bunch of faggots putting random riffs together and calling it "progressive" deathcore.
Stupid name.
Probably picked "for teh lulz"

I think these would mix nicely with V30s.

these seem to be a popular combination for those who like to mix and match.

30's have that strong high end, and 75's have that unique midrange and bass response.

sounds like it could work pretty well, you'll have to pick which speaker you want to mic when you Gig.

there are several different models of legends. some are awful. v12s (what comes in vaders) are good.
