This might be in the wrong forum, but bear with me. I recently received a vintage Gibson Double black T-Top. However, with the pickup, I was told by the previous owner that

"Ace Frehley Personally Told me The Les Paul with this Pickup (At the Time) it was His Personal Guitar".

By this, I assume he means that Ace Frehley's #1 guitar had this pickup in it and was used by him. However, I don't associate Ace Frehley with T-Tops, or for that matter, double black T-Tops at all.

Thoughts? Comments?

While certainly possible, I wouldn't put any faith in the claim.

I don't put any faith. I don't know too much about Ace Frehley's Gear,.I personally am skeptical about it, but I want to some definite proof before I crush all claims.
