I'm looking for a thin neck acoustic/electric. I play an ovation celebrity and am satisfied for the most part. I have smaller hands so the thinner the better. I'm thinking about gigging again solo.
I also prefer the shallow/thin back guitars.
Thanks in advance for any feedback, please only guitars $500 and under, I just got divorced, and guess what? she got most of my money. thanks!

Is there such a thing as a heavy riff with out chugging on the e string?

I have heard Faith guitars have very thin necks almost like electric guitars..
don't know much about them, but worth looking into.
Gear:
Ibanez GSZ120
Mitchell MD-100S
Roland Cube 60

look for thin bodied guitars.

usually those are easiest to hold and get your mitts around.

i see thin bodied guitars on craigslist all the time.

get more for the money that way.

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.

amen to that. you can also go ahead and cross the stratacoustic and telecoustic off of any list you're compiling.

i really do dig my thinline tele, although i'm looking to replace it with a deluxe deluxe because i beat my bass up and don't want to risk doing the same to my semi-hollow.
